lol...use video converter lar...I'm using Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate...not bad...very fast..cause it use multi-proc to convert tongue.gif

I m using mediacoder. Easy to set. Framerate I dun really care coz lazy adjust. Seems like not much diff...my PC is a pres'hott' pentium 4 3.0ghz with HyperThreading. Can't multithread
