i would take bottom left plan as it will create more space. U can put ur towel bar next to your shower and it will not touch ur W.C.
Basin and W.C near ur door would be convenient for you if u wan to jus wash ur hand. Shower near the window would be better for ventilation. After shower, jus open the window if u do not have an exhaust fan.

This is what i think. YOu might have a better idea.
