In realife I'm a tourist guide & stays in hotel more than any other people.
I'm have a system when I walk into a toilet. Think of what U do & how U move daily. Pick one that would fits U best.

As for me the words for it is WET & DRY toilet.
Perhaps it's okay for everthing to goes WET.
Today's lifestyle most of the people prefers only a small part to get wet & the rest stays dry.

I require a Table Top Basin. What do U do in a bathroom?
Shower 10min, WC 10min, Most of the time in front of the mirrow.
Shave, do ur hair, Check ur face,

My rules:
Hot shower gives steams... Get it out - vantelation fan
Mirrow - Light/storage
WC - Good cleaning, water point, bidet spray.

Always remember to have a water point for U to pick up water to mop ur floor
