Base on me, i will choose bottom right. Just simply because sink near door, you can wash your hand just a step in from door. Shower in a corner, then u can fix squre shower screen to saperated dry and wet area, and the WC faxing out to a space, that more nice to 'sit' there which no blocking when u sit down.
