u do need to remove the Desktop Manager.. all u need to do is Delete vendor.xml located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Anyone can help me...
i was updating this OS 5 form this link -
"was about a week or two ago that OS 5.0.0.1036 had leaked for these devices. Now, both the BlackBerry Bold 9000 and Curve 8520 are getting this OS as an official build. We’re certain we’ll probably see the Curve 8900 follow close behind.

and i cannot update it because it say that "one of the modules error" ..

If I'm download the OS 5.0.0.1036 for Bold 9000 but it stated that for "Vodafone". Is it make it any different?
