Is your OS in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files??

You need to delete the original ones on it and replaced with the one you downloaded before you and install to your BlackBerry..

But before that remember to delete your vendor.xml files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

This whole folder should be replaced with the one you downloaded:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files

After 12 hours of very heavy usage and stuff I've noticed compared to the Rogers .900:

-Browser way faster an previous builds, very happy with this!

-12 hours of heavy usage (almost my whole day) down to 50% which is awesome

-Reboot time is a bit slower than .900 (which was the fastest time IMO) but its all good

-Wi-FI connects really fast

-Fewest amount of video video buffers in other words videos stream smoothly i.e. YouTube

-Funny thing I've noticed right away, volume "rocker popup" looks messed up but its all good as long as it gets the job done

-19 3rd party apps and 9 native apps down to 20MB after a battery pull (gained 5MB) and after 12 hours down to 14MB (don't know how much memory before apps installed because apps restored while update was in progress)

-Performance is very fast/snappy, so i'm very satisfied with that

-Cant comment on the sound issue because i'm on vibrate all the time

Overall super happy with this leak, nothing bad to say about it and will keep u guys updated of course as I notice any new things. Oh yeah and definitely would recommend it!
