I heard that there are people who not only live there but at the same time have up to 4-5 units but they're usually the earliest buyers when it was launched and because of the high turnover rate and good rental yields, they keep buying more.

I guess they must like it. But those days used to have pasar malam on the main road - is that still the case nowadays?

Yes its a good investment unit for Faber Ria but quite old, its more than 15 years old condo. My dad got a unit there and rent it out to Japanese family for many years. Facility wise is not bad consider it come with gym, swimming pool, bar as well as squash court. smile.gif

airwolf2010,

Try asking Jacqueline Cheah (012-3838116); she is a real estate agent but her office is based in Faber Heights Block C as she deals in a lot of Faber Heights properties. If you're looking to buy, she'd know who is selling and what the market price is and if you're looking to rent then she'd know which units are available and for how much.

I've been dealing with her for some years now and all my tenants have been expats and although all of them are short term of 1 yr, there is always a ready tenant and I've never had my unit empty for more than a month.

Yup, she still handles my sister's unit as I've sold mine awhile back but we've been dealing with her for many years so just say you were recommended by Razlan (if she can't recall which just mention Dato' Seri Radzi's son.

Sorry for the late reply btw.
