im going to deliver a netbook from penang to kl soon using poslaju

wanted to ask whether the courier fee is charged depending on weight only OR weight and size also?

Depends on which is more expensive, weight or volumetric.

but afaik, if volumetric is greater than 2 metres, they won't let u to post it~

weight-ed around 3kg (including packaging)

check poslaju is RM18 for weight, but im afraid they count size as well

Poslaju will charge based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

If not mistaken, the formula is L x W x H (in cm) / 6000 =volumetric weight .

Other courier services divide by 5000, instead of 6000

volumentric weight = (42*12*26)/6000 = 2.184

netbook weight = 3

so they pick netbook weight?
