Hid bulb better to install on foglight or normal light for brighter view?

I do sell another Grade B HID for only RM88/set.
The different between this Grade AA HID with the cheaper 1 are in term of the Quality/Colouring.
For example:
Rm145/set 4300K is more yellowish white
Rm88/set 4300K is more towards pure white.
Installation can be arrange with additional charges.
Buy 2Set or more can get abit discount.
Slim ballast is running on digital while normal thick ballast is running on analog.
Different between these 2 are the voltage is stable on slim & it draw lesser current as compare to thick ballast.
It will warn up faster & reaches the bulb full operation faster by few seconds.
