Those buyers will need to do checking themselves. I believe this will be the most sensible action now. The project look strange and out of place in the first place.

If this is case, just at Housing Ministry. But I think buyers will have problem as MPS will have get the approval first for development.

As we seen from most "doubtful" project, they do share the same trait. Whatever u get, it is all unclear. Extra careful in this sense is not sufficient. Better stay side line till all clear

Latest news this project has been awarded a Green Certificate from the Enviroment Ministry meaning this project can tap into a Govt Fund that fund green enviroment purposes like landscaping, water retention, etc. It has also been given license by MITI to set up factory to manufacture the building parts. So look like work will start soon.

Till no photos, no worrys guys, plenty of units available. As long as no photos, no proper setup and permit, everybody can wait for the time being.

Bank also scare to release loan as this very new case.

i am really really surprise with this altitude. Nowadays, youngster really risk loving... Hopefully they DONT waste their old folk hard earned money. There are lots more better choice and proper project to choose. This one for me, colder than cold water.
