One or Two workers ...?!.... How you know if the worker is from other project walk over to lepak?

the so called "Planned to be" show room I saw it N-th years ago.  That time "few tens workers" some more.  But just lepak, play phone.
Most likey is workers from nearby project.

With today inflation rate and high cost environment , this project feasible? How the company managed the fund?? If possible, pls check coz it is never too late as the risk involved too huge

I went to their showroom. Showroom is nice.

But
- Soho is door facing door. Not ideal for feng shui
- My friend got his carpark on level 8. Imagine how long it takes to park his car?

Lol. That's why I'm curious which showroom he went. This project I think up to 4 storey high only.
