Hi guys .. i need help here.. my gf kena con at mudah.com.my.. she only got bank acc and name only... can report to police? or what should we do now?

with the police report, go to the bank ask them to investigate and if possible, freeze that fella's account

its not that easy to freeze some1's account. btw what happens in Mudah, stays in Mudah. IMO.

just in case, post the conman bank acc number here so we can match it to our existing conman database.

Sometimes can just don't bother to deal in mudah.. too many conman inside there already..

haiyaaaa...i also been con a few month ago..i've go to police station also kene BANCUH/PERLI...go to INSPEKTOR (lagi kene BANCUH/kene PERLI)..police don't take SERIOUSLY la this KIND of PROBLEM...they said akan masuk FILE aje..WTF...they only investigate SERIOUS CASE (yg besar2,masuk TV or involve VVIP)...kecik2 punya kes masuk stor file jer laaaaa....

I've the account number & name,phone number even his home address (dont know la wheter its true or not)..they can do more if they want to...they can trace the bank transaction from who to whom...bank can give all the information of the account number if they ask...right???

Phone number also can trace maaa...can get your detail information...these day if u are citizen of malaysia, they can hunt you down...unless u go to overseas la n unless they want to...

.if u asking for DETAIL INFORMATION at the BANK, YES they can give u but u need to make a police report 1st..

I just hope that the amount is not so much n GOOD LUCK ON YOUR CASE..

If you not from any well-known or high ranking family they wont help you seriously.

Yes, u can go to the police to file a report, but don't expect too much or don't even expect they will investigate this case. File report is only useful when the perpetrator has been caught and police can link him/her to ur case so that they can prosecute him/her. Otherwise it'll be just another routine case.
