You can register @ suruhanjaya sumpah like any other product for akuan sumpah/letter of oath under creative art i think.
More establish creator would go for prism/macp for royalty.
Cheaper solution would be to upload your song/lyric/idea to mediafire or any cloud storage website that has uploaded time/date record
and send an email back to yourself with song details plus a link to that particular uploaded mediafire files for time proof etc.
Since everything is associated with Google nowadays, it's better to use their product (email,youtube,storage)

my sister once gave me this local record company shes working with for her advert job.. they oso do something like publishing songs on spotify.. but i forgot the name.. haha.. i tink its Mechanic Music.
