500mm x 500mm I saw ur thread it's round hole.. Do you have honeycomb type and what's the price diff btween these 2..

I do not have the honeycomb type, if the size that you need is 500mm x 500m, maybe you can have it laser cut or water cut with a 1mm thickness material or any old casings that you haven't throw . Normally this is done by punching machine and their production sheet will be 4ft by 8ft. It's very expensive

Seen a couple small ones at Jalan Pasar, mostly at the speaker shops. It's those covers they use for speakers, mostly rounded with honeycomb mesh.

. Yup, this can be done using Laser cut or water cut with a good quality and finish, another option is to do via punching. It will be expensive setting the block but it depends on the material too. Yup, any shape can be done too
