When you tried that, is the engine already warmed up? What is your idling RPM?

- If already warmed up, pulling choke to start engine will cause it to cease.
- If engine is cool, and you can start engine without the choke, then PROBABLY your air screw is slightly rich... kasi adjust kurang angin sikit.

If everything is normal, then MAYBE, you only need to pull the choke SLIGHTLY to start the engine, let it warm up, then turn off the choke. Imagine choke lever is like throttle also, cannot pull it to 100% to warm up engine, as it will cause petrol overflow. For my bike, I choke 30-50% to warm up.

The clutch lever, xpayah keras sangat, just enough to hold the clutch spring from pulling back the choke should be fine.
Already break in? Then use anything good you can afford.
At least a Semi-synthetic 20W-50.

Can share what engine/exhaust mod?
Bila last service?
Service apa?

Under what riding condition it will sedut2?
- Full throttle? Half throttle? Or steady riding?
- Which gear it happens, and at what speed?

When engine sedut, what happens when you:
- pull throttle to accelerate?
- release throttle?

In my experience, when engine tune is sedap, at certain RPM range with steady throttle, engine will sedut2 at all gear position.When I tarik throttle, it will accelerate nicely. I need to cruise at higher RPM to avoid sedut2.

I wud recommend the sampan cover to protect the exhaust.
Radiator cover I don't care... if kena batu, just take a soft toothpick to straighten the fins when washing bike.

chamber tu kosong juga? If yes, then kes ekzos.
check tip spark plug, tangkap gambar dan pos sini...

yg plug lama tu bila bukak, ada tengok macam mana? minyak hitam basah ke? putih kering?
yg ekzos tu bila ambil gambar, tolong ambil gambar2 ni:
1. manifold - yg sambung the engine blok tu.
2. Dari manifold ke hujung tabung ekzos.
3. Paling penting, yang muncung tabung ekzos, hujung yg mana gas ekzos keluar.

what you can do, is either of the two things:
- change to std paip, and see if need to reset the carb.
- reset the carb with the current pipe...

btw, the carb with your bike, ori std ke?

yeap, that's the exhaust manifold... for std consider too small, and the kerja bengkok (tgk foto posting Aaron) tak cantik, ada ruang yang sempit skt. Fungsi benda tu, yg bahagian sepanjang manifold yg tak ubah saiz, bagi transfer gas ekzos. Yang bahagian 'expanding', create a vacuum space menggunakan wave front gas ekzos utk menarik fasa ekzos yg seterusnya...

Honestly, sedut2 pun bukan senang nak beres. Ekzos cuma antara satu sebab... yg lain termasuk CDI, plug cable, carburator kotor, setting carb sudah lari, air filter sesak, dsb. What I can tell you, is optimistic, and that nothing else is wrong. Just need setting.

Nasihat saya, cari kedai yg anda biasa, atau yg you beli motor tu, bagi tau masalah sedut2 tu, dan tgk apa taukeh tu cakap. Yang saya boleh expect, adalah kena setting carburator. Tanya taukeh juga, samada carburator tu masih ori ke tak. Kalau ada kawan yg kenal motor, minta tolong verify samada carb tu ori lagi.

CDI tu Capacitor discharge ignition - kotak elektronik kat bawah fairing depan, yg control ignition timing.
Can find it's location in the manuals I posted above.
