archery don't harap too much from racing CDi biggrin.gif It might be worst then ur ori CDi laugh.gif Guess what???!!! My RP is going to hit 3000km d but still in yellowish color when I examine it on a tissue rclxms.gif Alex rejet can ban ban lai I can wait nvm hehehehe

If your stock engine can go around 130 - 140 consider very good already. Last time my top speed also like that only.
I dont think changing CDI can help a lot lor, need to change a few things also one smile.gif

Wah you got check your EO very often one ah?
My bike 2 years liao until now i also never check my EO. When milage hit 3000km i just go to shop and change it straight away, hehe... blush.gif

i dont no if it still factory setting coze i buy it 2nd hand..
what can i say from outer it has already been change like front lamp and rear lamp also change..rear foot and many more they change..give me low quality part..damn! mad.gif

The power is like your bike previously lor, there is a sudden boost from mid rpm all the way to high rpm, very smooth, like what u said : a mini vtec, hehe...
The joki tested 160kmph (not yet full throtle), i still dont have chance to test the top speed yet, that day tested only until 150kmph nia scare liao...
The only problem now is, i have to exercise my leg everyday, cause need to kick around 10 - 15 times baru can start my bike, 1 day sure kena once or twice rclxub.gif
Thanks to you, now i am very satisfy with my bike, very easy to reach 140kmph icon_rolleyes.gif
Maybe next TT can ask you to help me test my bike and see nod.gif

Recommendation from the foreman of the motor shop :
1. change CDI - to give you more rpm
2. change to bigger carb - to have more fuel and air intake
3. install power booster, change spark plug and cable : to increase the spark

Recommendation from our charge-n-go bro:
1. port and polish (must find a good foreman) - to make the flow in the engine smoother
2. change aftermarket / custom exhaust - once you have more fuel and air into your engine, you need a bigger exhaust to release the smoke

Carb UMA usually cost around RM250 but I dont noe whether include installation bo... Port&Polish is a process to enlarge and polish the surface of ur intake and exhaust port to give u a smoother air-flow... And the fiber is used in exhaust pipe to reduce the sound lvl of ur exhaust or make ur exhaust sounds nicer... NGK Iridium will cost u around RM50, it helps to ignite/burn ur fuel better, so u will feel that ur bike runs smoother in terms of performance it helps abit only... I already changed the manifold of my pipe d, so if possible I wan to pay another RM100+ to mod it, I don't wan to spend another hundreds bucks on exhaust... Haizzz decision is always hard to make laugh.gif

But I read some info in Malay forum... They say don use too strong spark plug.. Later piston berlubang... Because of the spark it produce.. Too strong...

about the pipe.. Why I wan bm Jeff do because he's a pipe welder and a bike foreman... That's why it's better I trust him in pipe business... Bee hock is not a pipe welder.. His pipe is he give measurement..then find ppl do the pipe for him.. That's why for ur manifold.. He charge u 85 is like potong kepala ade! That's for sure...sometimes I haihz with penang island bike foreman.. Charge high high... Untung... Drive big car... =.= doh.gif

To be precise.... Not everything must follow book.. Different bike after mod.. Performs differently... Not everything is the same.. It's impossible.. Because this is machine.. That's why after mod.. About pipe tuning.. Must trial and error then only know which pipe performs better.... Like bro charge said.. Pipe tuning got a lot of tuning can be done...until head kaboom ade also u have to trial and error then only know which setting is the best...so... Bizzy.. By the time u think of which things u wan mod... That time all of us might upgrade to bigger bike already... And u still on lc with stock pipe and stuff... Lol.. No trial and error.. Tak tau wan..because hearing from ppl say and doing it is different.. Like I said.. Each engine performs differently...not all is 100% come out from the same factory with the same robot and human manufacturing the bike...haha.. Just my 2 cent..

Actually I can assure u.. Ur pipe go do better manifold.. Will perform even better...hah..and muffler fiber...why now u scared or 'kiu' ade.. yeah yeah listen to ppl comment but boh action also = useless. once u know it feels like than u can go 4 it, as 4 the uma racing coil. 4 me it's an nice feel than stock ignition coil, even jing also say its really easy to start ignition.

catalyzer was an gd 4 air pollution but power maybe lost out of it. it hv pros & cons. the shape of the catalyzer if not mistake was an honey comb design, try use an air gun blow it out u'll feel the air been spread widely not direct out.

dah smpai setia alam highway,isi minyak ESSO,pikap terasa lebih pikap..tapi nk smpai top tersengguk2..kenape yea..
dapat pulas smpai 110km/j je..nk lebih mcm xlepas..mcm tersekat2,sengguk2..why yea?..
