i was considering a 80/90 maxxis diamond at the front, but @ d rear dunno what to get yet hmm.gif

QUOTE(alexei @ Dec 14 2010, 09:56 PM)
@Spayz: Budget leh? Pirelli loh... In your case, get a racing compound lah... Duro or Maxxis. Swallow also got... quite recommended in Indonesia.

Talking about tyres, today I saw an FKR that has tread of BT090 - the one they use on rear tires of cubprix bikes.
*
quite lar, maxxis diamond dont have my rear tire size, Swallow is what tire?, got link? notworthy.gif

last time i saw this single footrest cost much high than double x1r..  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

Added on December 15, 2010, 9:50 pm

last time my friend said..
bttlax 90/80 is not good for rear..
easy to finish thread.. use bigger 1.
100/70 sumthing like that..
*
i doubt as my

MPS 100/80 = last for - 1 year (im about to change d since can see the tread and the tire is balding badly)
distance traveled - tg bungah to georgetown daily

Battlax 90/80 = last for - 1 year
distance traveled - tg bungah to pg airport (twice the distance above)

with that, i find that battlax last longer than mps and i guess size doesn't matter hmm.gif
but if it does 100/80 battlax can last me for 2 years? hahaha tongue.gif

be careful if u get 90/80 front, the tire can gores against the mudguard real bad, so it aint that good

@Spayz: you read my mind. I think since Jing or someone mention about this tyre and post the pic here, I looked around. Compared the feel of the rubber, and find that M6002 is 'stickier' than MA-3D.
*
yes it is, its recommended by a otai foreman near my house, he said that one can compare with battlax grip, ima gonna change it today if i have time, and then i can post some pics here d hehe tongue.gif

what is your bike fuel consumption on your bikes? (do state your mods as well like how i state mine on my siggy) laugh.gif

here is my report -

ok so i have recorded my millage on my bike fuel consumption. heres my conclusion

RM7.00 petrol (Shell RON97)

Recently
With my new tires i did throttle quite a lot, aka i lap a lot but RARELY (2 or 3 times on all gears) go to my 13k rpm redline on the average speed of 70-90kmh
(Full Tank )271170 // (empty) 269990, so in comparison i travel on the total of 1180

Previously
with my BOTAK and uneven tires i didnt even lap/speed at all. so i just travel slow on the average 50-60kmh
(Full Tank) 265462 // (empty) 266722 in comparison i travel on the total of 1260

in conclusion, a RM7 of Shell RON97 on my bike can take me as far as 1180-1260 with my riding style, i believe i can save more fuel if i ride slower, or use RON95 (which i wont do because i don't like the power of that fuel grade). Also, this fuel consumption just bothers me quite a little because of the fuel hike.
