I got 2 jabs for each tooth when I pulled out 4 healthy ones la. The needle is about... say 2.5inch long that's all. No need to worry.

Mine was force exit. No need surgery. Just a god damn 2.5inch jab, and pull with plier like how you pull out a stuck nail.
