both awesome condominium, both at Mont Kiara, both around the same price. which would you prefer? hmm.gif

Tiffani by i-Zen:
Description: http://www.propwall.my/mont_kiara/tiffani_kiara

High class atmosphere, tight security, very close to Solaris@Mont Kiara, standard facilities (gym, tennis, pool etc.).

Kiaramas Ayuria:
Description: http://www.propwall.my/mont_kiara/kiaramas_ayuria

Surrounded by alot of trees (next to a reserve jungle), highest point at Mont Kiara, great facilities (tennis, basketall, badminton etc. etc.), VERY big/long pool, high density.

i would go for tiffany-izen. walk 1 min reach solaris mont kiara already.
4 banks maybank, cimb, ambank, public bank convenient.
tiffany can exit mont kiara using 2 exits.
managed by ascott some units.
if next time dont want to stay, rent out easy.

kiaraville also not bad.

how many sq feet u looking at. kiaramas ayuria is cheap sq feet wise.

Currently staying at Ayuria and my sis just bought tiffany.

Interior wise Tiffany is bigger but I dislike the congestion of Solaris brings - roads are still horrible and the area has too many condos around it to my liking.

Whenever I drive home, it is like driving up a secluded road up on the hills of Kiara. Very private apart from the morning congestion where Garden International is.

Kiaramas Ayuria has a beautiful landscape and surroundings. Its just gorgeous in the morning - wake up and you feel like you are in Cameron highlands.

It is always very windy - we hardly turn on the air conditioning.

traffic- tiffany wins hands down. never encounter any jam.

ayuria- if u work flexi hours or is taukey then ok lo.
garden school condos eg kiara 1888, ceriaan kiara and even the other school(cant remember) near mont kiara astana, aman there, traffic can be nasty and non moving.

u can try lumina kiara as well. design very modern

oh ya. 4got to ask something. 1 of the main reason i like ayuria so much is because of the trees. but how long do u reckon before someone goes and chop everything down? 10 years? i know it's suppose to be a reserve jungle or something. but this is malaysia so... you know?
