Hi just got my msi gx660 a couple of days ago. Went straight to reinstall a fresh window after received it as the led manager was not working. Now the led manager is working fine but my webcam isn't instead duh. Tried the shortcut keys of Fn+F6 couple of times still nothing. Whenever i used the simple camera or camcorder, it state no camera device. Any bright ideas guys? Appreciate it.

yeah i did, reinstall all drivers including scm. Did uninstalling and reinstalling the scm as well after finding out that the webcam is still not working and it is still not working. Any more bright ideas?

Latest update, i rolled back to my existing window by recovery of which i saved on my portable earlier on but webcam still not working.

Nope, tried all available measures, posted in msi forum as well as notebookreview but guess RMA is the only way, darn it, i need a laptop while waiting blast it. What a 'well done' job from MSI.

Finally got some free time today so brought it to the shop where i bought it thinking of asking for RMA stating webcam not functioning but guess what, the piece work alrite and fine over there. WTH, so i brought it back and now it is working alrite. I'm stumped, but anyway Thank God it is working now lol. Problem solved by itself. Thanks for the advice though.

Weird is another word for it but i bought it at HK.

Mine's the asian version of gx660 which comes with the standard screen resolution of 720p instead of 1080p. Price range at around 9k HKD.

Mine's the Asia version which comes with i5-450m, standard resolution of 720p and etc. I don't think it is of better deal but i did get some freebies of a msi notebook messenger bag and a msi wireless laser mouse plus cheaper upgrade, top up of 380hkd for 2 pieces of ddr3 1333mhz 4 gig ram.

I'm was on Crysis 2, well finished it already last week, kinda short though the single player story, currently on total war shogun 2, lost planet 2 and death space 2...what about u guys?

Probably u need to update your ati driver as i did with mine, played total war shogun as smooth as the river flows of course not with all the setting turn on to max lol. Tried before with all max with fps hovering around 20 when into big battle and loading takes ages but otherwise playable.

how much u guys bought each of the game back at sing or m'sia?
