i am about to buy a 1 month used torch, brightstar unit from Digi
but the problem now is, the seller didn't filled up & submit the form within 14 days of purchase. will this be an issue? will the warranty be valid without submitting the form?

the 2nd one is, will i need the original receipt from the seller? because in the warranty card written that i need both the receipt & warranty card when claiming warranty.
