wonder why.. is it caused due to wiggle on sliders?it actually depends no how u use it.. any how i love my torch..love the big screen..i dont user much on the slider..prefer more on the touchscreen, only use the keypad while browsing..

not really.. actually due to a lot of lost packages during custom clearance at KLIA.. u can try to google, there are a lot of stories about this issue.. that's why it is important to get the tracking number to know where exactly the items location so we know who to blame

Hye I'm new here...been looking Torch community in Malaysia and finally found it...so much info I got here
Love Torch so much!!! Used to have Curve,Jav,Bold,Storm2 and this one the greatest...but I feel the built quality is not as solid as storm2 and the screen not as clear white and as bright as storm2 and Jav I had before...using it for almost 3weeks and the slider started to wobble/wiggle...
As a crackberry user for 2 and half years,I really hope RIM will more aware of this issue for the future device
