Need help.. how to add language pack (mandarin) to my torch if it is not default installed in the device?

Tq, for this language pack, it is just an additional plug in to put on only right? it wont flash the firmware to default factory setting right?

Added on December 14, 2010, 8:40 amI have another vodafone bb9700 bold2 from celcom.

The Bis and BBM are not working even if I put in my sim card with Bis active.

Is the pin not released? Or is it software issue? I'm still new In bb. I dun mind paying to any party or bb specialist which can help me out of this.
