Your trackpad sunk in quite badly. It's common for Blackberry trackpads to sink a little but yours is err... quite bad.
Not sure about torch but I actually put a small piece of aluminum foil under my Bold's trackpad to raise it a little.
so , it's actually the trackpad that sunk not the homerow buttons plastic that pop up ? hmm . will it cost alot to repair this ? More Pictures attached .
the place where i put pressure on is actually quite loose , feel very plastic . i'm still wondering which part broke and get it fix .
Edit : i got some replies off crackberry.com and i don't really get what they trying to say though .

I'm guessing the panel is just adhered there with double-sided tape. Power down (Edit: battery pull) and try pressing the panel back into place. If you're still under warranty, get it exchanged. Otherwise go to
Faceplate | Housing | Repair parts | Accessories | Mobile parts - Cellular Accessories | Mobile and watch their 9800 tear down video to see how the buttons are attached. If it's just tape, you can order the double sided tape and tools to fix it at cnn.cn .
