waaa... facing a new problem today.... when i take out my bb torch from my pocket, it's seems like it 'auto shut off'... to turn it on again i have to do battery pull.... it happen 3 times today, cannot turn on my bb when i press the on/off button.... why???

before i put in my pocket, i lock the screen.....

hi there! i just bought my torch last week. i wanna ask is it normal tht if we use torch alot on internet such bbm,fb bla bla ur torch will get warm at the back? not the battery but bottom of the battery. is it normal or my torch have prob? tq

i go to software update, but it said that it's already up-to-date.

recently i ask some people n a expert maybe. he said normal cause torch will get hot easily when on 3g. owh the torch battery drain so fast evrday i have to charge, miss my bold 2 battery  . ive heard tht people always talk tht change the battery. cause other battery not blackberry battery will last abit longer than the original one. anyone is doing it? is it true? if yes wht battery brand u use, i think i wanna buy too.

how to update my OS? coz when i check using bb, option...device...software update,...   it's says that already up-to-date....

i also try update using bb desktop software but error message come out 'please verify your internet connection.... bla..bla..bla...'

i'm connecting to internet using celcom broadband,.... how come this error message come out? try more than 10 times, same error.
