You re-install your OS or you download OS and install it? If you used Leaked OS mean your oiginal Telco stuff are gone.. But you always plugin Desktop Manager and install back whatever you want...

Confirmed it is hardware problem... Yours is Brightstar, right? Send for warranty...

If you load .337 OS and prob still there then it is not hardware anymore... You can choose not to believe me... Up to you...

Celcom?? Then it will take longer period.. Better send directly to BrighStar... The address is in warranty card...

Yes thats why I told go for warranty... 9780 and 9800 whichever owner not satisfied with it Brightstar do exchanged one for one...

Normally all incoming files and attachment will goes to media card.. Other than that must stay in phone for it to work properly including Apps installed...

Sync you Android to Outlook then from BlackBerry Desktop Manager connect to BlackBerry and sync it back...

Brightstar is giving me some hard time now on claiming Torch 9800 which I sent it last Wed it belongs to my forumer in Sarawak.. Promised replacement by this morning but until now still dont know whereabouts the replacement unit... Haiz.. Sometimes original also another hassle...

Mine is slider prob.. First they say try to fixed it then I say it cant be fixed certain time it will be back as usual again... So meet their manager and approved for replacement... They said no replacement now need to wait 5-7 working days... So till now cant get it to me...
