Weird. This morning the touch screen has been working ok for nearly 1 hour already.
If I send in, they sure said cannot reproduce. Let me see whether any problem throughout the day today. If happens again, will send tomorrow. Anyhow, I will call them later today to check. |

I called them up. They asked me to try take out the memory card and test. If everything works ok without memory card, then insert back and format using the phone.
If all fails.. walk in and 1 to 1 swap Sounds very good. Now testing time... |

QUOTE(curaptz @ Dec 15 2010, 11:27 PM) hi, go to celcom cube website and start calling and check.anyone know which celcom branch or blue cube has blackberry torch stock in hand? (Klang/shahalam/puchong/etc) What should i check before i took back the phone with me? pls help, i hav not much time looking for any branch or cube that has stock for this device due to working long hours... pls advise. if your line is never activated for blackberry service, not all cube branch can activate it immediately. Eg. 1u's cube cannot, where the curve's cube can. So make sure you call first before driving all the way |

Need to send the warranty card one ah??? I didn't send, but yet able to get 1 to 1 replacement unit.
Before I went to brightstar, I asked what things do I need to bring (ie, receipt, box, warranty card, etc)... They said no need, the phone will do. |
