i actually remember a fair bit of my dreams upon waking up, has been that way since i was a kid. sometimes before i drift of to sleep i will remember bit and pieces of the dreams i dreamt last night. i always thought it was because my consciousness was sinking down to sleep state and therefore reconnecting with the unconscious...or something like that
