Anybody body can teach me how to download app store item from PC?

Embarassing. Can buy iPad cant afford to buy apps. Akin to already bought BMW, but cant afford to put in petrol in the tank. This shows you cant afford the damned thing in the first place!

Maybe i have make some body missunderstanding of my word from my previous post, i have edit. Actually i means got any way i can download the app store item at pc and transfer the app to ipad for all the free app.
