And how much should i eat per day ?

And can i eat without the yolk ==? Quite unhealthy

hmmmm, i think u got the whole concept wrong.. when they say protein supplement it literally means it's a supplementary food. meaning, if u're eating 5 meals a day and u just can't eat anymore then u add in the protein supplement to supplement your growth.

if u're able to eat more egg or meat while u're out of protein, it simply means u're not eating enough. u should max out on ur food intake on a daily basis. protein is just supplementary.

plus whey is some of the simplest form of protein. so it's best used post workout also. if u can get your hands on EAA(essential amino acid), that's good pre and during workout.

so, just eat ur max on daily basis, dun have to replace your protein with anything. wait till u have stock then add it into your diet. walla.
