My new ks7000 got vertical on arrival. There is bend at top that causing this. I checked from service menu and confirm it is not display unit.so the question is to keep it and call samsung to place panel and hopefully can fix the little bend on rop bezel.

Not sure worth or not or refund and move on. What do you think?

Before u opened the box, any damage signs? If box not damaged, how it is bend at first place? If can, ask for full refund or change to another unit. Tell them u going to fill the case to consumer association if they not care. Act for your right.

Box condition is ok. It's the last unit. Senheng agree to refund. Just wonder worth to keep or not. Got it for RM4000, 55"

At rm4,000/- it is probably display set. They could have reset the counter in Service menu.

Reset history is zero smile.gif

Then worth it to change new panel with Samsung.

Too many uncertain. Top bezel bend a bit, almost center near the vertical line. Back cover pop up a bit on both side. Not sure the Samsung can fix the bend, i guess should be easy.

It's a good tv with good price.

I already checked with Senheng. Since the unit is faulty (bend) when delivered. Samsung will charge for servicing, unless it is just the panel. I think delivery guy screw up when try to mount it on the wall. Smudges at the bend area.

Refund is the only way. Too bad since it is new and really good tv. You got it from Senheng Jinjang? Aren't they all use the same central warehouse?

Q7F is nice but expensive. Maybe wait for black friday sale.

Samsung model names are confusing. For Malaysia, MU8000 seems to to equivalent to MU8500, both curved version. MU8000 in Europe and US is flat screen instead of curved.

Refresh rate for MU7000 in US only 60. Not sure if the Malaysia MU7000 is the same.

When I bought additional 3 years from Senheng, it was about 430. The TV price is 4000. I guess the insurance is based on the purchased price.

That's weird. Senheng told me no more stock, will refund to me. If got stock better ask them to exchange.

Got 48 units and pre-order? Maybe old sales post?
