Hi,
I just bought Samsung UA40ES5600. Beautiful LED TV.
However I have a problem logging into my old "My Samsung" account in Samsung Malaysia web site to register my new TV.
It keep giving me error message
" Dear Samsung Customer
Your Email Address and Password does not match in our system".
I tried creating a new "My Samsung " account and the same thing happen.
Do you have problem logging into your "My Samsung " account?
How do you guys register your new Samsung devices online?

I'm having similar problems logging into Samsung as well. It also says password and email doesn't match. I just tried to register my UA40D5000 TV, and don't know whether it registered properly or not. No confirmation and just a blank screen after I click on "next" after filling in all my details.

Anyone has tried logging into his "My Samsung" account?
Would appreciate your feedback.
kamion, By the way, how much you pay for your UA40D5000?
I thought its already out of production and has been superceeded by UA40EH5000. Why you choose UA40D5000?

Mainly for me, it's the 4 HDMI input and the Ethernet LAN (with the AllShare) feature that won me over.

Last year model = discounted price. So the UA40D5000 wins again.

BEST Denki was selling at RM1899. I found it cheaper elsewhere, but don't want to spoil the market.

best denki still got stock bro? the only place i found ths model now is at TBM sstwo mall. the manager said that they have a quote of amount special production mainly for their SDC.

btw, they are carrying 40d5000 as well, saw it at ss2 mall for rm1999.
