The free part is an unrealistic expectation..Besides, your question is like why do people still buy tablets when they already have a smartphone and a PC? Cuz different needs and specs. Most Smart TVs of today are indeed smart and you are supposed to buy them for said smartness. Between Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Vimeo, YouTube, TED Talks, Fandango, Plex, HBO Go, Spotify, Smart IPTV (provide your own m3u & EPG data), DLNA & USB Playback, you should be more than satisfied.. Just have to cough up the money for the premium smartness. Though since you prefer an "all-in-one", then you should have bought those TVs that are Android powered from Xiaomi or Sony. IMO, unless one gets the pretty high-end models, the entry-level ones suffer from certain firmware-related bugs.

There's app (Tizen) to watch stuff but mostly subscription based like IFlix (it's free with Unifi for now), NetFlix, Amazon Prime, etc.

Free wise probably almost none.
