I know a person who's a VP in a different multinational. Package is probably closer to RM4m per year. There's only one VP in the whole country for this company.
I think titles are a bad way to compare scope and/or packages.

I have a friend who was a VP in Maybank, package was probably RM300k or so per year. This VP is closer to a senior manager position.
