Associate Director is a title equivalent to AVP and VP level for the wholesale banking division. In some departments, even the title director does not mean there will be people reporting to you.
In addition, pay range vary widely across all departments. In some departments, there are those who are 2 levels below AVP (i.e., senior executives) but make more than RM7k.
