wow that's enlightening

In C bank, its sumthing like this.. Exec, senior exec, manager, AVP, VP, director, director, MD.

AVP in CIMB is just supervisor level lah...dont get to syiok with ur title lvl...payscale probably 3-4k...they are struggling n their payscale ian that high...
