The game tempo change when Scholes play. Our youngster need someone to drive them. Don't know what happen if Scholes & Giggs retired. Team desperately need someone like Scholes & Giggs calibre in the team. Before this I tot it was Rooney. If Lung Park can continue this kind of form throughout this season. I believe he is the person..
Valencia, Nani, Giggs = 3 of our best wingers.
Scholes didn't start. Carrick, Ando, Gibson was struck down with virus.
Berba and Rooney didn't play.
A patched up team will never perform well especially in a PL match. We had Bebe and Obertan playing. They don't have experience yet.

I still wonder, why didnt SAF play him in the reserves? kinda dumb for him to start first team action after 2 years of not playing.

desperate?
He probably wasn't ready at the time(Nov 2nd against Bolton reserve). Calf strain that time wasn't it the last time he went off injured with. So his knee is fine this time. He must have perform well in training for him to get the nod last night. And unfortunately his body still needs time to get used to the rigours of actually playing a competitive football match. It's his hamstring this time. Just normal injury from someone who was out for a long time. We should be happy it's not his knee again. He will get these sort of stuff happening until his body is properly ready. The only way to get out of this mess is playing him and see how he does.
Add to the number experience players missing through virus, flu, injuries and whatnot, so he was preferred. It's the wrong decision in hindsight, but at the time it was quite logical. There was no way anybody could have predicted what sort of injury Hargreaves would get and especially so soon if he was training well over the last few weeks. With Giggs, Ando, Carrick, Gibson, Nani, Valencia, Scholes, Rooney, Berba all weren't available to start with, it left little choice I guess. W

i notice chicharito got cough since last week. n during the game macheda got slightly cough.. really bad news for the club. are we being attacked by bio weapon?
They ate at some Spanish restaurant somewhere or something? Looking at Inter's recent bad results, I won't be surprised if it's the Fat Spanish Waiter getting himself busy with us again.

about bebe, i think if carlos.Q was here i bet he can advice fergie about him and improve bebe better imo.that language barrier wont be a problem and we know what carlos can do.
owh well thats in the past now.its up to bebe and united to make it work.
The likes of Nani, Rafael, Fabio, Ando and maybe even Hernandez should help him settle down. It's a huge step up from a nobody into the biggest team in the world. It would take time to get used to the surroundings and whatnot. Nani took 2 and a half years to get to where he is now and he did it without Carlos Q. And Bebe have only been with us for 3 months. His crossing was bad, and he didn't do anything right almost, but the whole side was bad so it's hard for him to perform when the rest of the team isn't as well.
