it was continuos from the nani run that trying to appeal for penalty, but referee said continue..
gomes rush and take the ball put on the ground, reverse few steps gear, nani spring to life stand in front of the ball, look at ref, can I kick it or not, can I kick it or not, kick it in, gomes saw shit, runup, GOAL!
For me, I just wanted to emphasize that at the end of the day, the decision lies with SAF. I am emphasizing this reminder because that is something a lot of people seem to forget. Then when things don't go their way, all kinds of frustration boil over leading to disrespect of the players and the manager. I've seen far too much abuse on players like Nani, Fletcher, and Berbatov. Even SAF.
if the so-called fans are in charge, most of the first XI are gone by now and our youngster will always be overlooked. Surely nobody will know the word CHICHARITO - ever
I'm looking at the team and seeing promise that was all but bare at the beginning of the season.
I see a team with Chicharito emerge with a great debut, berba's pressure is off and he's playing well. Park, Carrick and Fletch are starting to gain confidence again and are playing well after an appalling start.
Bebe looks promising and Nani can tear it up when he wants. We have a settled back four - smalling's looking good. We've got the clear run of games that the coaching team have had to work with the lads and it's starting to look better.
I enjoyed the Spurs game, it was a tough game to play even at home, the CL game today was good. I'm very excited about the future.
And all this without the likes of Anderson, Giggs, Hargie, Tony and Rooney. For once (since the Everton game) I'm starting to look forward to the next match with excitement.
The future's bright, the future's red.
Anyone agrees to this?
we have a Tony?
ever since the Rooney debacle has been put down to rest, the team is starting to build confidence. i hope the team continues to maintain this form, because this form is what defines Man Utd.
