Hi guys, wanna fix my current awning, add ceilling board to it, and build a very small new awning..
i think is ajiya awning..ceilling im going to add is ajiya kimi ceilling..

asked few from news paper..around rm8.50 psf for new awning, rm7.80 psf for the kimi ceilling.


regarding the ceiling it is about rm1800 just to add ceiling to my existing awning, not sure have other add on material cost or not, as i had not asked into details.
it is reasonable ?


can anyone estimate how much to build a 14x16 cement roof ?
probably can consider to remove my awning and do it instead if budget allow.

and if compared, which type better ?
