not sure whether this is still a good time to purchase Kiara Park, the price has appreciated by so much in such a short time. (mainly due to the crazy pricing of new development).

why dont you consider the freehold Desa Kiara instead? nearby Tropicana City, TTDI and...... cemetery. The price is still reasonable if you could accept the fact that it is such an old condo.
