 Want to give rice/oil to House orphanage, KL/Selangor

Hi, i would like to give some rice/oil to the orphanage house in the long run, esp those house need the most, many thanks.

cheras has a few orphanage homes.
mostly, when approached, only wanted $$$ coz it is easier (true) to manage.

foodstuff and other donation (non-$$$) may not able to give them wat they want. Foodstuff if not consumed will go bad!

good luck of finding 1! Let me know if u found one tat needs food only!

they are not gov funded or under the gov, its private own.
all of them are refugees from Myanmar.

some r rich with support of public. Some gov subsidized center took d good $500 per pax for own use n provided sub-standard service/supplies to d kids.

There's no way u can ensure ur donation/$ being applied appropriately to the target (some allocation to the care-taker is acceptable, question is what is the proportion ratio!)

Unless a trustee is setup to control and monitor the fund/stuff.

Yes, agree, this is a reason that i am thinking small contribution for necessary items in regularly, example (1 - 3 month groceries support), in the long run, we shall be able to see what need our help, hopefully.
