Wanna know why, as Alliance bank(in my knowledge) is not as popular as other banks like Maybank, Public bank.

If you're doing only local banking then it shouldnt be a problem with it. My previous and current company still uses Alliance Bank as their main bank to bank in our salaries. Probably because of their not so popular as you have mentioned made it easier to deal with these banks. The queue's are shorter than other banks. You dont need to wait as long as other banks. Comparing their effectiveness, I think its not a problem at all. It doesnt matter which bank they're using. As long as money comes in and out safely. That's all.
