To really appreciate the sound quality, use high quality audio files and good headphone.
I use my 5800 as main device (with N97 audio driver), connected to my custom monitor and TMA-1.  |

Different in audio quality probably due to new TPA6140 in N8 as older S60v5 devices (5800, N97, X6, etc) using TPA6130.
