I think BBXiong actually make more sense though...I think the so-called second batch for N8 is second batch shipment...production enter second batch with hardware changes cannot occur that quickly

yes, but second production batch is normally months after first production batch...his one is merely second shipment, still is a first production batch unit..
plus, N97's case is hardware design fix, not internal hardware..and weird behaviors are often caused by internal hardwares

invisible sheild does protect scratch etc but...
1) will turn yellow for time being
2) quite thick
3) sticky a lot like dust but in other words good griping.
