Bro search google there is a lot of N8 user on the net report same problem as mine..some of them already up to hard reset already but problem still not solve...if I were in us or europe i can replace it for another phone or full refund...i think the main culprit is the new Sosial networking software...it all happen after i update the latest 1.2 version...now i already uninstall that software...so far still waiting for stability...there no way you can get new sosial software from ovi store...but i manage source it from else were but still happen after i reinstall it...now no sosial or facebook for my N8

This problem I face before since long ago, N81; I forgot how I manage to remove it already.
N900 seems also have this problem; When the message didn't send successfully, there will be the outbox icon at the bottom right of the message; When you open the sms/message, it will show "PENDING" and no way to re-send it, or clear the icon.

according from the Nokia forum it something to do with memory management with N8

Called up JB's NCC , they said no stock for something called "IC Board" not sure what it is.

My dad said they received a lot of complaints and will be getting stock next week.
