Hi, I just bought something cost around RM100 and I uses Pos express because I am always not at home. Yet, I don't face any problem with pos express until NOW.
The seller said she sent me the parcel on Tuesday and I din't receive anything till today (Thursday). The seller did gave me the tracking number and the tracking number existed. I called the post office and they say the delivered the parcel. I told them to compensate me since they lost the parcel or delivered it to the wrong house. So, I scolded the person in charge and he check back with the postmen and the postmen said he did drop the parcel into my post box. I was so upset then I get the post men's number and called him. He said he confirmed he dropped the parcel into my post box. So, I tested him out by asking him from the bottom 1st or second is my post box. He scolded me back "Your post box don't have number ah?"
Oh my god, if you are the post men, you din't post the parcel, lost the parcel or either delivered it to the wrong house, would you admit you delivered the the wrong house meh? =_= Most fantastic is, they won't compensate even a single cent because they say its not their fault. What the hell, not your (Postmen) fault, then my fault ar? I even confirmed with the seller and she say she wrote the correct address and also the postmen drop into 1-x-x, which is my house. I asked him "Wah since you confirmed you put it into my post box, how come the thing can hilang, by magic uh?". They give me one word TAK TAHU.
ONE WORD TAK TAHU SETTLED AR?
So forumers, what do you think I should do now. Call the KL headquarter and complain or any idea? Do you all face this kind of problems before?
