go to another doctor and seek for 2nd opinion.as far as i know breastfed babies tend to pee and poo more, and it's more watery - because they digest faster and easier compared to formula. my baby is abt 5months now she's never had that long gap before pee/poo. max 24hours, the following day she pooped 5times.
fully breastfed.
