maybe she have approached you wrongly, but i do agree with you breastfeeding was never an easy path to begin with, espec with those that had LSCS.

nutrition is important do be careful with your diet espec those herbs that comes with confinement food. Some herbs actually reduce milk production.
So far my baby use Avent natural bottle...so far baby can both bottle and breastfeed... cuz the teat for natural bottle requires the baby to use the same motion as breastfeeding. However if you intend to continue BF, do stick to newborn / 0 month teats even though your baby age is more than  1 month old. This is so that the baby doesnt think sucking from a bottle is better.

As for over let down, try position your baby on top of you, and you lying down so that gravity can help reduce the flow of the milk. You might need help with this though espec if your baby is heavy.
its normal....sometimes baby have growth spurts and sometimes they will sleep longer....usually they will feed 2-3 hours everyday, might stretch longer during night time once she get her body clock right.

Just measure number of wet diapers everyday if u want to check if she's feeding enough. should be around 5-7 disposable diapers a day.
*
her diaper minimum 6-7 time daily sometimes can reach 8times..
cause i asked few of my relatives & friends that has just gave birth few months ago, almost every people tells me that BF-ing maximum 40min...

just curious will my baby mid-night is not having enough of BF milk?
