Another big factor is I think your wife did Natural delivery, and also she manage to BF her baby within the first 6 hours (colostrum feed) right? Most mothers I know who manage to do that is off to a good start, those who did LSCS are less fortunate though.

Anyway both of u are doing a great job, too bad my wife can't take your recommended supplements. Breastfeeding is definitely not an easy road taken.
