I think I know the answer to this one. Normally, drink DOM after breastfeed at night. I also asked my gynae before. He said it is ok to take small amounts. He said if we drink one glass of wine, our liver will metabolise the alchohol fully and not get into the breast milk.

My gynae told me to put the wine in and cook for a few minutes...alchohol evaporates ma. Maybe other mom's can give their input on this one but this was what we did.

Hi, does your wife DL? Try to DL more on the left side. It happened to me, so for a while, I always DL on left side first, if not enough, continue on right side. After like a week, both almost balance but not like 3 oz to 3 oz, ya. Sure got a bit difference.
